Job Description We are seeking a Nurse LPN to join our team full-time! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare patient chartsProvide basic patient care and treatmentEducate and update patients on medical treatmentsMonitoring and following up with individual child health records Document and communicate with staff and parents about allergies or other health concernsCollaborate to coordinate care, and apply the nursing process using a science-based approach to all student and staff needsDesire to work two night shifts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in nursing or other medical fieldsFamiliarity with medical tools and equipmentAbility to build rapport with patientsCompassionate and caring demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of EMR systemsCovid Vaccine
