Director, Process Chemistry — Remote Drug Substance

Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. seeks a Director of Process Chemistry to lead drug substance activities across small molecule programs, driving clinical and commercial readiness. You will design products and processes supporting clinical testing and mature them through development to commercial supply, collaborating with the CMC and project teams under Agile management. This role requires leading R&D, interfacing with formulations, analytics, operations, and quality, and coordinating external
