Broadcom Education seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to create advanced learning content aligned with Broadcom’s strategic goals. You will analyze jobs, tasks, and needs with senior management and design blended learning, leveraging instructor-led and self-paced formats and various technologies.
You will mentor staff, coordinate with external vendors, and measure business impact of learning initiatives while collaborating with Development, Support, Services, and Marketing teams.
