Summer Internship: Cross-Dept Experience in Horticulture

Costa Farms offers a paid internship program at our Miami headquarters. The internship runs for nine weeks, requiring in-person participation from rising seniors. You will work across departments like Accounting, Finance, Horticulture, IT, Demand Planning, Sales, HR, and more, solving real-world challenges while learning about our business. You may receive a contingent offer to join as a full-time employee after graduation. A resume and cover letter must accompany your application.
