Test Operator

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions and procedures. Basic computer hardware and software knowledge required. Experience Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience testing computer systems, hardware, or peripherals. Experience configuring BIOS settings and installing operating systems. Ability to install system images, peripheral drivers, and diagnostic software. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve computer functionality issues. Experience testing computer ports, peripherals, and system performance preferred. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Must be able to work safely in a warehouse and production environment. Ability to maintain an organized workstation and follow safety procedures.

Job Duties: Test desktop computers, workstations, and computer peripherals according to work instructions and quality standards. Configure BIOS settings and install operating systems and software images. Test USB, video, network, audio, and other computer ports for proper functionality. Load diagnostic programs and perform burn-in testing on computer systems. Conduct final quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and company requirements. Install peripheral drivers and verify proper operation of connected devices. Perform Hipot and Ground Bond testing to verify product safety. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company quality procedures. Assist with additional production and testing duties as assigned.
