Overview:
As a Tutor, you'll work with a diverse group of students in assigned schools to deliver high-quality reading and mathematics support in a small-group learning environment. You'll plan effective tutoring, track progress, maintain a positive learning environment, and partner with school personnel, supervisors, and families.

- What You'll HaveHigh school diploma; college credits preferred
- At least 1 year of tutoring experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site school assignment
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and deliver effective tutoring in a small-group setting
- Track and monitor student progress
- Use effective classroom management to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Attend staff meetings and collaborate with the educational team
- Complete required administrative tasks
