WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Assemble products according to work instructions and specifications
Read production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work instructions, and quality plans
Use measuring tools and equipment to verify product quality
Identify, locate, and prepare components for assembly
Package and label completed products
Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of your workstation
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Help ensure products meet quality standards before completion
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written instructions
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a hands‑on manufacturing environment
