Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs and create tailored treatment plans. Implement and adjust therapy protocols based on patient progress, employing various modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and balance training. Educate patients and their families on effective at-home rehabilitation strategies, ensuring they have the tools necessary for continued recovery. Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes, participating in regular case discussions and interdisciplinary meetings. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to clinic standards and best practices in record-keeping. Patient Population / Client FocusOur Physical Therapists work with a diverse range of patients experiencing conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications: A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist. A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. A current and valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida is necessary for practice. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patient-focused care.

Preferred Experience: Experience working in a rehabilitation center or similar setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and outcomes tracking software will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
