Head of Finance & Growth Strategy (Equity)

Sola Insurance is seeking a Head of Finance to own the financial engine, including operating model and monthly close, and to partner with the CEO on strategy and fundraising. You will build the insurance-focused finance function, align reporting, controls, and performance metrics, and scale the team as the business grows. You will lead FP&A, GAAP reporting, and treasury activities, while ensuring rigor and speed in decision-making in a fast-growing startup environment.
