Sustaining R&D & Value Engineer II

BD is seeking an Engineer II to support sustaining R&D and value engineering for medical devices. You will work with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to implement design changes and improve manufacturability while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of medical device engineering experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and a track record of cost optimization and cross‑functional teamwork.
