Key Responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, using telehealth video or telephone methods. Conduct comprehensive intakes, ensuring the accurate gathering of patient histories, presenting concerns, and mental health needs. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, when applicable, fostering a safe environment for open discussions. Perform thorough mental health assessments, providing insights and facilitating appropriate referrals and interventions. Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and progress in accordance with Federal, State, and company requirements, ensuring compliance and confidentiality. Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on a diverse range of adult patients who are dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. By leveraging telehealth services, you will help eliminate barriers to access that many clients face, thereby promoting their recovery in an inclusive way.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work and an active License in Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) are required. At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities. A minimum of 1 year of experience working remotely in a counseling or therapeutic capacity. Proficiency with telehealth technologies, including video conferencing tools, and access to a reliable computer, webcam, and high-speed internet. Ability to maintain a private and quiet space for conducting sensitive therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience: Experience in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management. Working knowledge of mental health regulations and guidelines governing telehealth practices.

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year.
