Assistant Director of Nursing – Psychiatric Inpatient Leader

Wellpath is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee nursing staff and operations at a psychiatric inpatient facility. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care and an organized, compassionate team environment. The role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's in Nursing; three years in psychiatric inpatient care and two years of supervision. A Master’s degree is preferred and regulatory knowledge is highly valued.
