Schedule: Monday to Friday; no weekends or Holidays
Job Duties:- Evaluating a patient's functional status
- Establishing treatment goals
- Coordinating treatment with other health care personnel
- Providing accurate, timely documentation of treatment
- Participating in appropriate, approved educational and clinical research activities
