Legal Counsel, Academics — Education & Employment Law

IMG Academy is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel, Academics to join our on-campus Sun Coast team in Florida. The role focuses on employment, education, insurance, litigation, and general risk mitigation for student-athletes, staff and programs. You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage investigations, and help shape policies, templates and training. Florida Bar membership or Authorized House Counsel status is required within 12 months.
