Vitability Health is seeking an experienced RN to lead and oversee all clinical operations for our growing hospice program in New Jersey. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with hands-on hospice experience, understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation, and ability to mentor an interdisciplinary team.
