Product Owner

Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into clear product features and user stories Represent stakeholder and customer needs within Agile/Scrum teams Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value Coordinate deployment of new systems and feature releases Manage rights management, contract management, and document workflow systems Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and lead sprint demos with stakeholders Provide user training and develop error-handling guidelines Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders Evaluate strategic options and recommend short-term and long-term product roadmaps Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Senior Business Analyst Strong hands-on experience working with Agile development teams Experience collaborating with engineers and technical teams 5+ years of experience in enterprise software design, implementation, and deployment Experience working with cross-functional teams on IP rights analysis and contract review Hands-on experience with rights attributes such as Rights In/Out, Restrictions, Options, Holdbacks, Music Clearance, Play Off / Sell Off Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex rights research Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with system integrations, data conversions, and reporting Preferred Qualifications Experience with rights management platforms such as RightsLogic, RightsLine, or FilmTrack Exposure to GenAI or AI-driven solutions Understanding of global corporate business processes Contact Regards, Anil Kumar US IT Recruiter Contact Details: 609-755-5388 Email: - anil.kumar@applabsystems.com 4365 Route 1 South, Suite 105 Princeton, NJ 08540 www.applabsystems.com
