Safely operate a CDL A tractor–trailer on regional and over-the-road routes Transport dry van freight on schedule while following DOT and company safety policies Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer Maintain accurate electronic logs, trip reports, and required documentation Coordinate with dispatch for routing, pickups, and deliveries Secure loads and verify bills of lading and shipment accuracy Report maintenance needs and keep equipment clean and in good working order Provide professional, courteous customer service at shipping and receiving locations CDL A commercial driving Tractor–trailer operation DOT safety and compliance Electronic logging devices (ELD) Trip planning and routing Dry van freight handling Pre-trip and post-trip inspections Load securement Basic truck maintenance checks Time management and on-time delivery Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A) Clean MVR and safe driving record Current DOT medical card Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening
