Part-time, independent contractor. Multiple US markets. Thirty years of botanical results, and a new path for the estheticians who love it. Naturopathica was founded in 1995 in East Hampton, where our first Healing Arts Center drew on a pharmacy of flowers and herbs growing just outside the door. Three decades later, our formulas are in leading spas across the country, and we operate our own spas in East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Tribeca and Palm Beach. We are opening a new chapter in our professional business, and we are building it with estheticians.
The role:
You continue your work in the treatment room. Two days a week, you represent Naturopathica across your local market, introducing the brand to the spas that belong with it. The groundwork is done for you. Our revenue operations team researches spas in your area and sends you 15 to 20 qualified prospects at a time. You reach out, you visit, you meet owners and spa directors, demo the product and protocols, and onboard the account to make them highly successful with the line. All of this is supported by best practices that our sales, education and account management teams have developed to make you successful. When a spa becomes a partner, the relationship is yours to keep. You continue earning on that account for as long as you are with us. Who thrives here You are a licensed esthetician with 2 or more years of experience in the treatment room. You understand the business of a spa from the inside: what drives service revenue, why retail matters, how a menu is built. That perspective is something no outside salesperson can learn quickly, and it is why we are hiring estheticians. Sales experience is welcome but not required. We provide the prospects, the approach, the training and the support behind you. What we cannot provide is the confidence to walk into a spa unannounced and begin a conversation. That comes from you. You are looking for something beyond the treatment room. You are drawn to sales and account management, and you want to discover whether it suits you. And you believe in botanical skincare. Buyers recognize genuine conviction immediately, and it is the most persuasive thing you will bring into the room.
Requirements:- Current esthetics license in good standing
- Three or more years working as an esthetician
- Two consistent days a week available during business hours
- Reliable car and valid driver's license
- Working laptop and smartphone
- Comfortable learning new tools. You will work in HubSpot, Granola and other technologies daily
- Based in one of our target markets, working within a 45-minute drive of home. No overnight travel
Compensation
This is a primarily commission-based role. You are paid a small base retainer for your two days a week. From there, your earnings are yours to build. You earn a bonus each time you open a new spa partner, plus commission on the revenue those partners generate, and that commission continues for as long as the account is yours and you continue working with the brand. The work you do this quarter keeps paying you next year and the year after. There is no ceiling on it. Independent contractor, paid monthly, with the full structure walked through upfront. What to expect
This is field sales, and we want you to come in with clear eyes. Many spas will decline. Some weeks will end without a win. Your earnings build as your accounts build, so the early months ask the most of you and the work compounds from there. It is a part-time role today. For those who excel, it can become the start of something larger.
How to apply:
Please email with your resume along with a short note telling us two things: the market you are in, and one Naturopathica product you would bring into your own treatment room tomorrow, and why. The email should end with a link to an approximately one-minute Loom video of you sharing your screen and presenting the Program Benefits section of this webpage: The email subject line should be: " CALENDULA”. We read every application, and we would like to know you read all of ours. Naturopathica is an equal opportunity employer.
