Program Manager - Full Time

Location: Chicago, IL – ICH Facility (Ravenswood/Montrose) target compensation of $120K–$140K+, depending on experience Nemera is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate medical device development programs from quotation through product design freeze and process validation. This role will serve as a key customer interface while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple sites to ensure programs meet quality, cost, timing, and risk objectives. Medical device industry experience is required. Lead and manage internal and external customers in partnership with the Key Account Manager. Develop and maintain program/project plans, budgets, timelines, and expenses. Manage multiple programs simultaneously while adjusting level of involvement based on program complexity. Medical device industry experience — REQUIRED ~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field. ~3–5+ years of Program Management experience, preferably within medical device development. ~ Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams. Experience with high-volume production, injection molding, and automation. Medical device or combination product development experience. Experience managing programs involving multiple sites and cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity to join Nemera on a contract basis with the potential to convert to a direct-hire position. The target direct compensation is $120K–$140K+, with flexibility for candidates whose background warrants a higher level of compensation.
