Project Manager

Location: San Diego, CA – Onsite

Required: Must be local and already live in the San Diego, CA AreaMust be able to work onsite Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Qualifications Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Travel Management and Expense solutions preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and team building capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to system implementation.
• Excellent problem solving abilities and the capacity to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups.
