APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Fast growing international SaaS firm is looking for a Hands-on Controller responsible for leading all accounting and financial operations. It's a fully remote role, with occasional meetings a couple times per month in the North Jersey/NYC Area
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore accountants
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting
- Manage SaaS revenue recognition and compliance with GAAPOversee cash management, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Improve accounting processes, controls, and system efficiencies
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external advisors
- Partner with leadership on financial planning and operational initiatives
- Qualified candidates must have hands-on, mid-sized company controllership experience at a PE backed, international SaaS organizationCPA REQUIREDSalary 200k-225k base DOE
