Sales Superstar To Empower WomenWe are looking for a dynamic, passionate and self-driven individual who is ready to join our team as a Sales Superstar. Your role will be to sell our photography services that aim to empower women and boost their self-esteem through beautiful boudoir photos.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell our photography sessions and products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
Maintain and build a strong customer relationship.
Achieve a sales goal of $1,000,000 for the next 12 months.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in sales.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Compensation:
This position is a 1099 hire type.
A hiring bonus of $500 will be provided.
The average sales value ranges from $1,000 to $4,500 with a sell-in cycle time of 1 to 30 days.
A commission of 6% will be paid per sale.
A monthly retainer of $1,600 will be provided for 40 hours per month.
