We're looking for a Traveling Superintendent to join a growing construction team and lead projects across the country. What You'll Do:- Lead daily field operations and project activities
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, crews, and jobsite personnel
- Maintain project schedules and keep work on track
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and deliveries
- Communicate project progress with PMs, clients, and field teams
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation
What We're Looking For:- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
- Construction software experience is a plus
