As a key member of our Quality team, you'll inspect electronic assemblies, perform functional testing, and help ensure every product meets customer expectations and company standards.
What You Will Do:- Inspect electronic components, PCB assemblies, cable assemblies, and finished products
- Verify workmanship, solder quality, component placement, labeling, and overall assembly compliance
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Perform functional and electrical testing of completed assemblies
- Document inspection and test results accurately
- Identify and escalate quality issues when needed
- Follow ESD control, quality, and safety procedures
Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GEDExperience in electronics manufacturing, inspection, testing, or quality assurance
- Ability to read assembly drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:- IPC-A-610 CertificationIPC J-STD-001 Certification
- Experience with PCB assemblies and electronic test equipment
- Experience in an ESD-controlled environment
