When you join Tuttle-Click, you'll be part of: A well-established automotive group with decades of success A team-first culture that values dependability and accountability A dealership that promotes from within whenever possible A professional environment focused on safety, growth, and teamwork Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Job Responsibilities As a Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving team member, you will play a key role in keeping our Parts and Service operations running smoothly by: Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming parts and shipments Accurately stocking and organizing parts in the warehouse Processing outgoing shipments and coordinating deliveries Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse area Assisting parts and service teams with inventory requests Monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies Following all safety procedures and warehouse best practices Reporting to the supervisor immediately any unfixable/unsafe issues. Observing and enforcing all safety rules to reduce accidents and injuries. Operating appropriate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and orderly manner to reduce accidents and injuries. Ensuring that material handling equipment is maintained (inspected daily) and clean, reporting repair or service needs to supervisor to reduce equipment damage.

Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Benefits & Compensation: The Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Counterperson Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $22.00 and $22.00.In addition to compensation, we offer:

Qualifications: Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials
• Basic computer or inventory system experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for deliveries)
• Prior warehouse or automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required
