Job Description: Job DescriptionResponsibiltiesSet up and operate CNC machinesCreate, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsSelect proper tooling, speeds, and feedsPerform machine setups and tool changesInspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerancesMake program and machine adjustments as neededTroubleshoot machining and production issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Help keep machines running efficiently around the clockAbility to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable and willing to work overtime as neededOvertime as Needed / Weekend Machine CoverageFriday, Saturday, and Sunday overtime as neededApproximately 2-4 hours per day, depending on production needsLoad raw material into machinesCheck tools and replace worn or broken tooling as neededInspect machines for proper operationPerform basic machine maintenanceCheck coolant, tooling, and material supplyAddress minor machining or production issues Help ensure machines are ready to continue running unattended
