Total Rewards Leader: Payroll, Benefits & Compliance (Remote)

Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to oversee benefits administration, payroll operations, and related compliance. You will lead annual enrollment, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate payroll and benefit processing across the employee population. In this role you will strengthen processes, support strategic Total Rewards initiatives, and maintain audit readiness while managing relationships with unions, vendors, and internal partners.
