Rooms that are too hot or too cold. Air that feels sticky no matter where the thermostat is set. Mold growing inside the AC unit. High electric bills that never make sense. Almost all of it traces back to one thing: air conditioning systems that were designed or installed wrong. The industry keeps trying to fix these problems with add-ons like solar panels and spray foam insulation. Those treat the heat. But in Florida, heat isn't the main thing making people uncomfortable. Humidity is. Spray foam is a good example: it can cut down how much heat gets into the house, but if the AC system isn't designed around the change, humidity in the home can actually go up. The homeowner spent the money and still isn't comfortable. Most HVAC contractors know humidity matters. Very few know how to design a system that actually controls it. That's what we do. Why we are different Engineering-trained in how to properly size and design home comfort systems BPI Certified in building performance (how the whole house works together, not just the AC unit) Recognized by the U.S. Department of Energy Florida-licensed Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator, plus a licensed HVAC contractor (CAC1819318) We understand every piece of the problem: the house, the air, the moisture, and the mold.
