Seeking a full-time temporary Investment Operations Reconciliation Analyst to work remotely, who will manage the reconciliation function for invested assets, ensuring timely resolution of exceptions and contributing to process improvements within the Investment Operations Shared Services Team.
Key responsibilities:
Review and validate aging reconciliation reports, ensuring timely resolution of exceptions
Monitor outstanding cash and holding reconciliation items for potential material impact and escalate as necessary
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance operational efficiency within the teamRequired qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in Investment Operations
Working knowledge of various investment strategies and products
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with BlackRock Aladdin and SimCorp Dimension is preferred
