Step into the line where precision meets momentum Join Nexus Employment as an Automotive Components Production Associate supporting a high-energy manufacturing facility in Danville, IL. Your day starts with a safety check, a quick huddle with teammates, and then you’re off—assembling, staging, loading, and inspecting parts that keep vehicles on the road. You’ll rotate through tasks, keep quality top of mind, and help the team hit production targets without compromising safety.
What you’ll do:- Carry out core production and warehouse activities to keep parts flowing.
- Assemble automotive components with accuracy and consistency.
- Examine parts for defects and verify they meet quality specs.
- Load and unload components to and from lines and staging areas.
- Follow standardized work, safety rules, and quality procedures.
- Keep your area clean, orderly, and hazard-free.
- Collaborate with teammates and communicate issues promptly.

- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehousing is helpful but not required.

- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

- Lift and move 35–50 lbs. as needed.
- Handle, load, unload, and inspect automotive components safely.
- Shifts and pay1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM — $15.00/hour2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM — $15.75/hour3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM — $15.75/hour
