Hybrid Benefit-Risk Lead Patient Safety & Strategy

UCB is seeking a strategic Benefit-Risk Lead for the Patient Benefit-Risk and Medical Safety team. The role may be based in Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA, with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on patient outcomes. You will lead end-to-end benefit-risk assessment planning, identify safety risks, and shape risk management strategies across development programs, collaborating across clinical, medical, quality, and regulatory functions. Strong writing and regulatory experience are essential.
