Strategic Power Trader: ERCOT & PJM Short-Term

Base, a next-generation power company, is seeking a Power Trader in Austin to build short-term strategies for ERCOT and later PJM. You will contribute to Trading & Risk by shaping exposure across generation and load and help drive long-term price views with a rigorous, portfolio-focused approach. You will trade short-term power products, refine hedge strategies, and articulate market views to leadership. Collaboration in a fast-paced, in-person team is essential.
