Position Overview:
The Sales Support Representative plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the order processing function while also supporting customers who utilize the company's online purchasing platform. This position blends administrative responsibilities with customer-facing support to deliver a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and manage purchase orders
- Assign product numbers and maintain new product setup within internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding previous orders
- Process exchange orders and update customer account information as needed
- Address customer questions and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions via phone, email, or in person
- Generate shipping labels and billing invoices
- Support special order processing, including online and marketing-related requests
- Assist customers with web-based purchasing, including outreach and account registration
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Conduct customer care surveys to gather feedback and improve service
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience with aviation purchase order processing strongly preferred
