Job Description:
National Star Services, a trusted facility management company with over 28 years of nationwide success, is currently hiring Cooks for our location in Des Plaines, IL 60018.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food in large quantities following standardized recipesEnsure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are metMaintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirementsSafely operate commercial kitchen equipmentAssist with inventory management and waste reduction effortsKeep workstations clean, organized, and production-readyWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsSchedule:
Days:
Monday through Sunday(Two days off per week; schedule provided by supervisor)1st Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Hourly Pay: $18.55/hr. (BIWEEKLY PAY)
Requirements:
