Bahamas Loss Adjusting Firm is seeking a Managing Director / Principal Adjuster to lead operations, technical standards, and growth for a growing independent practice in Nassau, The Bahamas. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining executive management with direct adjusting on complex high-value assignments.
The role is based full-time or hybrid/remote, onsite in Nassau, and we are especially keen to hear from CAT/hurricane experienced professionals.
