Order Picker - $21-$23/hr, Mon-Thurs, No Weekends (43064)

Job Description: Our distribution network is built to deliver stock to our stores and fulfill direct-to-consumer orders with speed and efficiency. Merchandise is shipped to our distribution centers ("DCs"), where it is received and inspected before being shipped to stores or direct-to-consumer customers. The Distribution Center operation encompasses merchandise processors, material handlers, and power equipment operators.2026 PEAK Incentives Additional $2/hr Peak PayGuaranteed pay Prize Giveaways As an equipment operator, you would be expected to: Move an estimate of 800 boxes a day Hit 95% production rate minimum (expected after 4 weeks) Regularly move 30-60lb boxes**Please note: An equipment operator is also expected to be able to perform the tasks of a material handler and will not be driving equipment 100% of the time. You may be asked to throw boxes and must be able to lift over 50lbs consistently the entire shift.

A minimum of 6 months of experience with a Cherry Picker or other stand up forklift operation experience or certifications is highly preferred. New hires will be trained only on Cherry Pickers and start as put away/storage. Shifts Available: This is a full time position with overtime available on the following shifts1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMLimited 1st Shift Available Weekend OT availability required2nd Shift: Mon-Thurs, 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 3:00 PM - 1:00 AMWeekend OT availability required Weekend Shift: Friday- Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMOvertime can be scheduled/required Monday-Thursday Overtime is a requirement of this position. Associates will be working a 5-6 day per week schedule starting at the end of November.
