Powder Coaters Now hiring – powder coaters North Fort Worth, TX.
Pay:
$17.00–$19.00/hr (based on experience). Available shifts: 2nd shift: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm, 3rd shift: 9:00 pm – 5:30 am, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
Requirements:- Minimum 6–12 months of powder coating experience preferred
- Previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
- Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, and chemicals
Job responsibilities:- Apply powder coating to metal parts according to customer specifications and required mil thickness ranges
- Prepare parts for coating, including hanging, masking, and inspecting materials
- Monitor coating quality, coverage, and thickness to ensure standards are met
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with customer requirements
- Assist with daily production and operational tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
