Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Litigation Attorney. The Litigation Attorney will handle legal tasks including drafting motions, managing court-related processes, attending depositions, and participating in trials. The role also involves active collaboration with the legal team to develop case strategies and provide excellent client service.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of legal and litigation experience with increasing roles and responsibilities
- Proficiency with civil litigation matters, preferably with a solid understanding of securities disputes, regulatory matters, and investment-loss cases
- Experience drafting and reviewing motions and other legal documents
- Knowledge of legal proceedings in courts and strong courtroom xhqgsiq presence
- Experience conducting trials and depositions
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a current license to practice law in California
- Experience in securities law and FINRA arbitrations is a plus
- Flexible for remote work
