Angel Studios is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Compensation Partner to own how people join the company, from openings to offers. You will lead recruiters, conduct executive searches, and ensure fair pay pricing for every role. You will collaborate with Total Rewards, price new and changed roles, and build offers that align with our pay structure, while ensuring a first-class hiring experience from recruiting to onboarding.
