Atem Corp is seeking a highly motivated DFX Engineer to develop, implement, verify, and validate advanced DFT/DFX solutions for complex SoCs and ASICs in the Bay Area. You will work with Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, and Post-Silicon teams to ensure manufacturability, testability, and silicon quality.
The role requires 6–8 years of experience, onsite in Bay Area, and collaboration across IP, subsystem, and SoC levels.
