The Agency is a Chicagoland manufacturers' rep firm. We sell and market electrical and lighting products to the industrial, commercial, and residential markets across Northern Illinois, Central Illinois, and Northwest Indiana. We work hard and have a great team!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Own the inside sales process: quote purchase order shipping confirmationBuild quotes and follow up on open quotes and new leadsEnter orders, process returns, and keep our data cleanAnswer customer calls and emails with speed and professionalismCoordinate projects between customers, factories, and our outside sales teamBuild customer relationships that lastWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORElectrical industry experience is a plus, but we'll train the right personGreat phone manner and strong communication skillsHighly organized, a pro at juggling prioritiesWorks well independently AND as part of a team A sense of humor.
