The Iona Project Chapel Immersion Program at Cal Farley's Boys Ranch is a one-year residential ministry internship for individuals called to Christian community, spiritual formation, and youth ministry within a residential childcare setting.
Interns share a common life of prayer, Scripture, mutual accountability, and service, with housing provided for the full term. Essential duties include pastoral care, chapel ministry for youth, and coordinating worship and retreats.
