Practical Nursing Clinical Instructor - Day Program Lansdale School of Business is looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Instructor to join our Practical Nursing Program! We are seeking a knowledgeable, encouraging, and student-focused nurse who enjoys teaching in the clinical environment and helping Practical Nursing students turn classroom knowledge into real-world nursing skills.
What You'll Do:
Guide Practical Nursing students during daytime clinical experiencesHelp students connect nursing theory to patient careReinforce safe, professional, and compassionate nursing practicesCoach students as they develop clinical judgment and confidenceProvide constructive feedback and encouragementHelp prepare the next generation of practical nurses for successful nursing careers We're Looking for Someone Who: Is passionate about nursing and enjoys helping others learnCommunicates well and leads by exampleCan provide both encouragement and accountabilityUnderstands that students are learning-and sometimes need a little extra guidanceWants to make a meaningful difference in the future of nursing Teaching nursing is more than explaining a skill.
