Relocation Assistance: Available Director of Operations & Client Services DescriptionOur client, a trade show and exhibit solutions company, is looking for a Director of Operations & Client Services to strengthen project execution, improve the customer experience, and build scalable processes across multiple locations. Reporting to the VP of Project Management, you'll lead graphics operations, resolve complex project and production challenges, and establish consistent workflows that improve quality, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency. Director of Operations & Client Services ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the graphics teams across multiple locations and time zones Oversee graphics projects from file preparation through production, delivery, and show-site execution Identify workflow bottlenecks, resolve quality issues, and improve on-time delivery while reducing reprints, rework, and rush costs Manage customer escalations with clear communication, practical solutions, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction Help establish the systems, processes, and operating procedures needed to support the company's continued growth in project volume. Establish performance metrics to support consistency, accountability, and growth Propose solutions and drive them forward independently, partnering with the VP of Project Management rather than waiting for direction Director of Operations & Client Services Qualifications 7+ years of experience in project management, client services, or operations required 5+ years of team leadership experience required Experience with distributed teams and deadline-driven operations required Proven ability to resolve escalations, troubleshoot operational challenges, and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders required Working knowledge of large-format graphics or print production, including file preparation, sizing, color matching, materials, and quality control required
