Senior HR Coordinator

Marvin is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to support our manufacturing teams with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations. In this people-first role, you’ll manage postings, interviews, and offers; maintain HRIS data and employee files; and support benefits, training, and performance processes. You’ll partner closely with plant leaders on staffing and scheduling, create reports and HR metrics, and help drive continuous improvement. Coordinate end-to-end hourly and salaried recruiting, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offers Support onboarding and orientation, ensuring accurate new-hire paperwork and HRIS data entry Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and confidential documentation in compliance with company policies Administer benefits enrollment changes and support employees with benefits questions and issue resolution Prepare HR reports and metrics on headcount, turnover, and recruiting activity for HR leadership Assist with employee relations case tracking, investigations logistics, and follow-up documentation Coordinate training sessions, attendance tracking, and learning records for plant and office employees Support performance review and merit increase processes through data collection and system updates Partner with manufacturing leaders on staffing plans, shift changes, and workforce scheduling support Help drive HR process improvements, standard work, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment Full-cycle recruiting HRIS systems Applicant tracking systems (ATS) Onboarding and orientation Employee records management Benefits administration HR reporting and metrics Microsoft Excel Employment law basics Manufacturing environment HR support Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k SHRM-CP or PHR preferred Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms Knowledge of basic employment and labor laws
