Overview:
A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Capital Markets Associate with 3-5 years of experience representing underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in securities offerings.
Responsibilities:- Represent clients in IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements
- Advise on securities and capital markets matters
- Support public company ’34 Act work, a plus
Qualifications:- J.D. or equivalent 3-5 years of capital markets experience
- Experience with IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements
- Active bar membership in the state where the candidate sits
Compensation & Benefits:
$235,000 - $365,000 Competitive benefits package, including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and paid leave
