APPLY NOW (opens in a new tab)Product Development Intern A growing fashion and accessories brand in Hoboken, NJ, known for its licensed apparel partnerships, is looking for a Product Development Intern. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn product development end-to-end - from trend research and sketch review through sampling, sourcing, and vendor communication.
What You'll Do:
- Get exposure to product development across both apparel and accessories categories
- Track and organize incoming samples by stage (including PP and TOP)
- Support trend forecasting and seasonal concept development
- Assist with tech pack prep and early-stage vendor conversations, including overseas partners
- Review artwork placement, garment construction, and swatch/trim references
- Help build presentations, mood boards, and line assortments
- Log timelines and sample status in Asana and Excel-based trackers
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Technical Design, Production, Marketing, and Licensing
What You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Technical Design, or a related field
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD (coursework counts)A genuine interest in fashion, trend, and how products actually get made 1 year of experience in apparel/accessories product development and sourcing
- Strong organization, communication, and a "figure it out" attitude
