Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Package Handler to join our warehouse operations team. This role involves manually handling packages, operating pallet jacks (manual and/or electric), and preparing shipments for distribution.
Responsibilities:- Load, unload, and sort packages by size and destination
- Operate manual or electric pallet jacks to move freight efficiently
- Stack, label, and prepare outgoing pallets for shipment
- Inspect packages for damage or labeling issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and scanning when required
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Skills:- Experience with RF scanners or basic inventory systems
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
Education: No Degree Required
Experience: 1-4 years
Qualifications:- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Comfortable working overnight and with changing shift times
- Able to use a pallet jack (manual or electric)
- Able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented with a positive attitude
