Job Requirements:
You need to be the type of person who enjoys being around dogs. You will be around them all day, every day. You will get slobbered on, and hair is everywhere. You will come home covered in dog hair and unspeakable things. You will have to clean up pee, poop, and yes sometimes vomit. This is a physical job. You will need to be able to lift at least 25-50 pounds and be able to be on your feet for long periods of time 8-10-12 hour days. Having a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are a must have here. There are times when you will be working with a team member or two and other times that you will need to work independently, so the ability to learn quickly, be dependable and have a great attitude while doing it are essential for success. In short, your job is to serve the dogs and have fun doing it. (I mean who wants a job that isn't fun?). The workplace we offer is laid back, safe, but we do expect professionalism and punctuality always! What we don't expect is perfection or pre-existing skills for you to qualify for this job. We can teach you what you need to know, in fact, we prefer to train everyone in our methods anyway to help keep things connected and simple for the dogs. We are looking to bring our new team members on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit. We look forward to meeting you!!!
