Apparel Production Manager Onsite 5 days NYC

Coordinate samples across the development and production process, including requests, submissions, approvals, revisions, and delivery tracking. Maintain current WIP reports, seasonal calendars, sample logs, production trackers, and product records. Partner with design, merchandising, technical design, sourcing, vendors, and factories to monitor product progress and close open items. Follow up with factories on sample timing, production milestones, approvals, quality concerns, and delivery commitments. Track production risks related to capacity, materials, quality, timing, or approvals and escalate concerns as appropriate. Ensure product specifications, color information, sample details, and related documentation are complete and accurate. Support fittings, line reviews, vendor meetings, and key seasonal production milestones. Prepare concise, timely status updates for stakeholders and keep production files well organized.
